EYEGLASS RECYCLING
The Dover Recycling Committee is excited to announce its newest initiative to increase recycling by collecting eyeglass donations on behalf of the Lions Club.
Bring all your unused old glasses to one of the collection boxes which are located at the Library, the COA office, Town Clerk’s office, and swap shop.
Donate ANY eyeglasses (Do NOT include eyeglass cases, please)

- Clear and Sunglasses
- Adult and Children’s
- even clip-ons
An estimated 120 million people are visually impaired because of uncorrected refractive errors (far and near sightedness). The Lions Club collects used eyeglasses, determines the prescription strength, and dispenses recycled glasses to those in need, free of charge.
