Fall Programs

Fall programs are typically held through September / October / November each year, although some programs or program sessions may vary, starting earlier or running later in the season.

at Caryl Community Center OUTDOOR Basketball Court

In this elementary-level Basketball program for both boys and girls, players will receive basic basketball instruction in a fun, learning-style program that will include skills & drills, as well as game-play each week to help players hone their skills and apply good sportsmanship on and off the court!

Program includes varied amounts of practice and game play each week, depending on the current lesson plan.


Ages / Times: 

  • PRE-K                                1:45 - 2:30pm
    • (3, 4 and 5 year old's who are not currently attending elementary school)
  • KINDERGARTEN             2:30 - 3:30pm
  • 1st & 2nd GRADES          3:30 - 4:30pm
  • 3rd & 4th GRADES         4:30 - 5:30pm

Location: Outdoor Basketball Court at the Caryl Community Center*

* During inclement weather participants will work on non-shooting drills in the Caryl Community Center recreational space.

Led by: Coach Pete Sylvester with P&R staff assistant coaches

Cost: $120/ 8-week session
