A Comprehensive Permit Site Approval (Project Eligibility) Application has been submitted to MassHousing for a 40B development at 43 Strawberry Hill Street consisting of 20 townhouse condos.
A site visit was conducted on Tuesday, December 9, 2025.
Comments from the Town are due to MassHousing by February 2, 2026.

MassHousing Project Eligibility is the first step in the 40B process. Following their review, MassHousing will issue a Site Approval Letter (approval, conditional approval, or denial). If approved, the developer may then choose to apply to the Dover Board of Appeals for a 40B Comprehensive Permit seeking approval of the project. No 40B application for this project is before the Town for approval at this time.
