Seasonal Job Opportunities
Seasonal position opportunities at Dover Parks & Recreation change greatly throughout the year, as well as annually.
Additionally, decisions on programming offered, and all hiring decisions for those programs, are made at least one full season prior to the start of any program or event.

Summer Club COUNSELOR (click here for job description)
- Paid entry level position with no experience needed.
- Must be a current resident of Dover, MA.
- Minimum age of 16 years old by the first day of camp.
- Six-week camp commitment (plus staff training) required.
- Required to attend all pre-season staff trainings and must complete all first-aid/CPR/AED certification in pre-season staff trainings (held late afternoon/early evenings during the week prior to the first session)
- We request that all applicants for paid counselor positions communicate with Nicole independently! (not parents/guardians)
